Location: Howe street between Robson & Smithe
This is a new cart selling one thing only, although they promise that more items will be coming soon. It doesn't really matter if you do something well, (consider one of the most famous carts in Portland, a Thai girl who offers one menu item only, it soars out every day). These butter chicken wraps are done very well. Lots of chunky pieces of chicken breast grilled right there in the truck, smothered with the creamy, tomato based butter sauce and lots of salad with hot sauce optional. The naan bread is chewy and slightly blistered with dark, toasty patches. Simple, tasty and satisfying. Even Neil was happy and didn't even grumble at the price ($7 each). Exactly what you need at lunchtime. I have nothing negative to say, will look forward to their new items.
